Howson’s Groove

Howson’s Groove are London based producers & DJ’s crafting their own distinctive sound across a multitude of musical styles and tempos; infusing nostalgic and fundamental sounds from electronic to bass music with a modern musicality that makes their tracks instantly identifiable.

Debuted in the Summer of 2013 with their remix of Kraak & Smaak ‘Good for the City’ which Mixmag described as “Stunning” and “exciting” and awarded the track their 1st of two Tune of the Months with notable 9/10. The Second being their latest release with Toolrooms Sister Label Love & Other. Since then Howsons Groove have been recognized for their releases over the year including remix of Todd Terry’s Feel the Sun on Southern Fried

Throughout the year the duo have continually been noticed for their DJ sets, shaking clubs and festivals with their bass heavy sets, playing alongside the likes of Fatboy Slim, DJ Q, Maribou State, Om Unit and many other respectable acts.

On top of radio support from Rinse FM’s Roska, Kisses DJ EZ , Rob Da Bank and Skream’s show on BBC Radio 1 and their records making it into the crates of, Lee Foss, My Nu Leng, Joyce Muniz, Hannah Wants, Laurent Garnier, Danny Powell, Roska Throwing Snow and Celsius with a plethora releases to come, expect a lot from this south london based duo.
